Reading Session Information

A complete schedule of choral, handbell and organ reading sessions are found on page 4 of the Event Notebook.

All choral music is bound in booklets by session. These are complimentary and if you miss a reading session stop in the Pepper store in Harrell Center and pick one up as long as they last. No handbell music is complimentary in reading sessions and must be returned at the end of each session. Handbell music may be purchased in the Handbell Store in Lambuth Inn Monday through Wednesday or in the main store on Thursday.

The publishers have provided this music to us for the reading sessions and Pepper has all the music in stock here for purchase. We urge you to support both of these organizations by purchasing music in the store this week. All music purchased this week or by phone through the Winston-Salem store will be shipped free of charge. Be sure to tell them you are ordering as a result of being at MWAW this week.

For Your Enjoyment and Convenience

We invite you to visit the Junaluska Gifts and Grounds in Harrell Center and enjoy the new seating in front of the building or on the back porch facing the lake. For your convenience an ATM is located across from the Front Desk at the lobby level of The Terrace.

Our Dining Room Servers

Those folks staying in The Terrace and Lambuth Inn will find gracious servers in the Dining Rooms.  While employed by Lake Junaluska, a portion of their income comes from gratuities received as they serve guests during meal time.

In an effort to be equitable with our servers, MWAW will provide a container at the hostess stand in both dining rooms on Thursday and Friday to receive gratuities to be divided among each dining room staff. We invite you to express your gratitude to the dining room staff at that time.
